All the answers to your questions

for a holiday rental in Tignes

Is parking included in my holiday rental?

Spaces to park your car must be booked in addition to your stay, as Tignes is a pedestrian resort. Remember to book your covered or outdoor parking space, in advance of your arrival, with the Tignes tourist office. Note that the car parks are free in summer.

You can unload your luggage on arrival and departure at the minute drop-off point; but you must then leave your car in the car park. During your stay, you can get around very easily with the free shuttle network.

I forgot to book the end-of-stay cleaning, what should I do?

You can change, add or delete services at any time, and up to 3 days before your arrival: ski pass, cleaning, childcare equipment, pets allowed.

Go to your secure online customer account from the website, with your login and password; or contact us directly by phone +33 (0)4 79 06 37 94 or mail

What time do I need to arrive to collect my flat?

Holiday rentals are available from 5pm on the day of your arrival. Following the instructions we will have given you beforehand, you go to the agency or directly to your holiday home.

Euro immobilier's main reception is located at Résidence "Le Curling A" in Val-Claret centre. Our offices are open on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm and from 2pm to 8pm and on Sundays from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm.

I might be arriving late in Tignes, what should I do?

For any arrival on Saturday after 7pm, please let us know so that we can organise the handover of the keys. Your booking must be paid for before your arrival. If you plan to postpone your arrival, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can welcome you during our opening hours.

In the event of a very late arrival, we provide you with secure key boxes for independent access to your flat.

Is a deposit required, and how do I get it back?

We require payment of a deposit for all holiday rentals. This must be paid on the day of your arrival, by pre-authorised credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard). It will be cancelled within 48 hours of your departure and verification of the accommodation.

Is there WIFI on site?

The majority of our flats have Wi-Fi included at no extra cost. To make your search easier, you can select the "Wi-Fi included" option from the rental filters.
If you would like a mobile connection, 4G E-Pockets keys are available by the day or week from the Tignes Tourist Office at the Maison de Tignes Val Claret. Packages start from €7/day or €39/week.
